Exceptional and spotlessly clean place, absolutely stunning view of the sea. Thanks to the competent staff everything was fine, including plenty of amazing food.

We visited the amazing rooftop bar and spa, where we were treated like VIPs. The staff, especially the waiting staff, concierge, and front of house, were so cool and made our stay unforgettable. The food was next level, and they even surprised us with special cakes in our room! Plus, the location was perfect for some epic adventures in Istanbul.

I just wish there were more fun activities for young party-goers at the hotel.

Attentive staff and unbeatable location on tennis court, everything was really good. The room met requirements, large with garden view. Food was outstanding and savoury, we loved it.

Welcoming staff, great views of the sea, everything is excellent. It has magnificent, convenient setting, short walk to Istanbul and the mosques.

The soup at Swissotel The Bosphorus is so lit, it's basically a bowl of happiness. Plus, the dining options are straight-up epic. Shoutout to the room service breakfast and the chill poolside snack bar vibes. big up to nearby noms at Gunaydin and Handmade Cigkofte.

Little bit away from Taksim, not ideal for strolling, but they could spice things up with a shuttle service for guests. Still, the views and service shine like the Bosphorus at sunset.

The staff were efficient and attentive, no complaints.

While enjoying the luxurious Turkish colored accommodation, I stumbled upon the outdoor lounge and bar. The Oasis Restaurant, with its stylish ambiance and refreshing cocktails, made me feel like I was in a trendy spot in the heart of Istanbul.

The breakfast was perfect, plus the location was easy. The bed was good and the staff was quite beautiful. The room was non-smoking and huge.

Clean and relaxing hotel, views are exceptionally good, location is perfect and very close to the shopping area very safe near to the sea very cool too much. Superbly friendly and sweet staff and nice service. It's worth staying here and exploring Taksim district.

The hotel's view and birthday surprises were exceptional, making my stay truly memorable. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Although a small hiccup with the room mix-up and lack of vegetarian breakfast options, the impeccable service and attention to detail throughout the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. The spa and couples treatment were perfect relaxation choices! Can't wait to return 🌟.

We were in Istanbul for 5 days, had comfortable stay, the hotel was perfectly clean with ideal location near to pier where the boats go to the Islands. The room was stunning with bosphorus view and the staff was amiable.

I loved almost every detail, including very good location and staff. Beds were not very comfortable, nonetheless it was truly an excellent stay.

Tbh, Wi-Fi was very poor and the bathroom was quite small.

I had a luxurious experience at this hotel's Spa & Wellness Centre. the massage was exceptional, and the treatment room was spacious and well-equipped. the indoor swimming pool was spotless, and the sauna was rejuvenating. the service was attentive, and the beauty treatments were also impressive. the restaurant was fantastic, and the private facilities were exclusive.

The only minor issue was the lack of outdoor swimming pool access, which would have enhanced the luxurious experience. the garden area was beautifully maintained, and the sun loungers were comfortable.

The luxurious holistic spa treatments offered a serene and rejuvenating experience, with 14 treatment rooms, fitness center, and indoor and outdoor pools. The tranquil ambiance and professional therapists provided a much-needed escape, allowing me to relax and recharge after long workdays.

Clean, friendly, and responsible people everywhere. Amazing sea view. Quality of all products in the room and the hotel. Outstanding service, great location, and large, clean rooms. Enjoyed the inside pool and spa with a beautiful Hamman. The staff were professional, friendly, and eager to please, making me feel special throughout my stay. The hamman and spa facilities enhanced relaxation. Nearby landmarks such as Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia Museum were perfect for family bonding and exploring the rich history of Istanbul.

The suites are truly elegant and offer a variety of sizes, which made me feel like I was living the high life. As someone who appreciates style and luxury, I loved how the rooftop pool allowed me to enjoy exclusive hotel services in the comfort of my own space.

The music in the rooftop pool area was a bit loud for my liking.

During my recent stay at Swissotel, I was impressed by the breathtaking views of the Bosphorus from both the "Bosphorus view" and "Garden view" rooms. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and they were always kind and attentive. Additionally, having taxis readily available at the hotel's gate was convenient for exploring the city.

One minor drawback was the difficulty in changing my room from triple occupancy to single occupancy. The staff initially refused, which was not ideal considering I paid the same price regardless of the number of people.

I had an extraordinary and memorable stay at Swissotel. the clean, spotless room and friendly staff exceeded my expectations. the breathtaking views from my "Corner Room with Bosphorus View" were worth every penny. the spacious bathroom with a tub and rain shower, as well as the double vanities, added to my comfort. the luxurious bedding with down feather, firm mattress, and high thread count sheets ensured a restful sleep. the breakfast buffet, with its high-end and delicious choices, resembled those of Michelin Star restaurants. the location was also fantastic, offering safety and plenty of nearby attractions to explore.

I chose this hotel for attending a business symposium because it provides the Neuchatel meeting room. This allowed us to have a comfortable business gathering with my colleagues. The staff was attentive and the facilities were well-maintained, making it a conducive environment for our work-related activities.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with private meeting rooms. This would have been beneficial for impromptu meetings and discussions without having to reserve a conference room in advance.

This hotel is situated in a trendy area close to public transport which is efficient and very affordable. The staff is always willing to assist guests in getting around, even calling a taxi for you. The rooms and en-suites are luxurious and comfortable with a turn down service provided every evening. The rooftop bar, outdoor pool, and spa facilities are all outstanding. The breakfast options are vast and delicious, perfect to start a busy day of exploring.

We weren't thrilled that the swimming pool was cold, as it wasn't heated at all. It was quite uncomfortable for us and other guests who tried it out.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The service was exceptional, with staff members like Muhammet and Dima going above and beyond to make me feel special. The breakfast in the executive lounge was a highlight, not only for the delicious food but also for the breathtaking view of Istanbul. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, ensuring that every need was met during my stay.

One minor downside was the stressed reception staff, which made the check-in process a bit hectic.

The view from my room was incredible. The breakfast had many delicious options. I ordered a burger in the lobby lounge, but it wasn't cooked well-done the first two times. The manager of the lounge went out of his way to apologize and make it right. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Swissotel.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the breathtaking view of the Bosphorus from my room. It was mesmerizing to see the sparkling lights and the boats passing by. the location of the hotel was also perfect, right in the heart of the city. I could easily explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city.

I was a bit disappointed with the size of the room. It felt a bit cramped, especially considering the price I paid for a Christmas stay.

staying at Swissotel the Bosphorus was an amazing experience! the location is convenient, close to an upscale shopping street and about 1.2k from a popular square. the staff from the door man to the concierge were genuinely helpful and friendly. the hotel itself is clean, well-renovated, and the room was very good. with excellent breakfast options and a dreamy rooftop bar, it truly felt like a garden oasis in the midst of the city hustle.
